The countdown leading oil and gas event in Latin America has started; RIO Oil and Gas show will take place at the Riocentro Convention Center, in Rio de Janeiro, on September 17-20. Everyone is excited, and the city is buzzing.

This is MIR VALVE's first public appearance on the Brazilian market, together with our local agent CONVAT. MIR VALVE recognizes the importance of Brazil in the Oil and Gas industry and is now actively pursuing this market. MIR VALVE is an approved vendor of Petrobras, one of the largest oil company in the world.

MIR VALVE will serve the Brazilian market through both our operations in Italy and Malaysia. 

We welcome in Kuala Lumpur another important event: MOGSEC – Malaysian Oil and Gas Services Exhibition and Conference, taking place at Kuala Lumpur Convention Center 18-20 September. The presence of MOGSC (Malaysian Oil and Gas Services Council) on the Malaysian market in the recent years has increased significantly across the industry as a result of positive collaboration with Petronas and PSC's, as well as Government Organizations and Industry Stakeholders.

MIR VALVE MALAYSIA will participate in this event, as a key service provider in the local industry, the first API6D ball and gate valve manufacturer. The CEO of MIR VALVE MALAYSIA is one of the guest speakers at the Opening Conference on 18th September 2012.

In our continuous investment and commitment to our customers, we have performed submerged high pressure gas testing in a water tank at MIR VALVE MALAYSIA.

Any potential leakage is immediately visible through bubbles in the water.

We have performed this test successfully on a 24” CL.600 side-entry ball valve for Danbury National Pipeline Australia.     

MIR VALVE has now received the CRN number, which is a legal document allowing a reputable manufacturer with ISO and QA program, meeting ASME engineering standards to sell pressure-related equipment on the Canadian market. We have completed the registration for over half of the territories of Canada and are now progressing with the remaining ones.

Both MIR VALVE Operations from Malaysia and Italy have been approved and registered, and we are now going full steam ahead into Canada together with our local partner, JAGFLO.
