At the time we were starting up MIR VALVE back in 2007 I was trying to come up in a few words what MIR VALVE stood for, what defined our spirit and culture so employees could identify. So I came up with a mantra based around Energy.
NO ENERGY, NO LIFE
KNOW ENERY, KNOW LIFE
I believe the core energy in each of us is what drives us to reach our potential, do great things. All great leaders have tremendous energy to drive their companies, and all great companies have employees with tremendous energy levels integrated as one to achieve success.
Our Energy drives our passion, experience, motivation, ideas, spirit collectively to reach our full potential.
Now you know what is required from you when working for MIR VALVE.

On 4-5 April, MIR VALVE conducted 2-days training for 24 engineers from Petronas GTS and SSGP personnel at our HQ and plant in Shah Alam.
The course is prepared for multiple background participants for manual and actuated ball and gate valves API 6D. The main focus was on the applications and design fundamentals of ball and gate valves as well as the manufacturing processes.
The training covered 1 day classroom and 1 day production floor, total of 2 full days.
The engineers experienced the ball valve assembly from the component level up to the finished unit. They also were learnt about the manufacturing processes from incoming raw materials, QA/QC, assembly, testing procedures.
Participants who complete this training are expected to be able to demonstrate knowledge of how the valve is designed and manufactured and the application towards their requirement processes.
Petronas sent us an email the day after, thanking us for a very well run course.
MIR VALVE organizes regularly valve training programms for our customers.
