Fadlysyam Deri brings over two decades of engineering excellence to MIR VALVE, backed by a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and a Master's in Engineering Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). With more than 21 years of experience in product design and manufacturing, he has spent the last 16 years honing his expertise in API 6D, 6DSS, and 6A valve technologies.


His deep technical knowledge spans a comprehensive range of valve types, including Side Entry, Top Entry, Fully Welded, Twin (DBB), Subsea, Cryogenic, Severe Dirty Delayed Coker, and both Low & High Temperature Trunnion Mounted and Floating Ball Valves, as well as Through Conduit Gate Valves in fabricated, forged, cast, and compact configurations.


At MIR VALVE, Fadlysyam leads the engineering department, driving the design and development of all products. He oversees the creation and approval of manufacturing drawings derived from 3D models and customer specifications, ensuring precision and compliance at every stage.

As the final authority on non-conformance dispositions, he has played a pivotal role in the successful delivery of over 26,000 valves for global projects, ranging from subsea installations to high-temperature dirty service applications.
